Instructions / Requirements

* Need assistance setting up your account? Use our Accela Application Instruction Sheet (PDF).

* Need assistance with submitting an Application or setting up a Pre-Application Meeting? Register for an account under New Users (view the Accela Application Instruction Sheet - ADA (PDF)). Choose the Planning tab, then select Record Type. Complete the application/request. Note: When entering address for Step 1, enter parcel number first, and when found, enter street number (or 0 if no street number) and street name. Once the application/request is received in the system, a Senior Planner will be assigned. The Senior Planner will contact you to set up an available date and time.

* Can't find your documents in your account? Need a copy of an application or staff report? Use Search. Follow the Accela Search Instruction Sheet (PDF).
